I am a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor with over 20 Years of technology training delivery experience.

I am based in Natick, Massachusetts and have both a private, corporate-focused technology practice, explained in this site, as well as a public service practice. 

My public service practice can be found at the Workers in Transition Technology Program website.

I offer both standardized and customized training in Microsoft related programs and technologies, focused primarily on the end user product lines.  A partial listing of those products is shown in the panel to the right.  I've taught all versions since the '97 offering through today's current version (2007).  Any product that I teach, I use in my business operations.

I am very familiar with the Element K product line of text books used by major providers of technology training and can supply books for classes, when desired.

Other Services

Beyond my work in training, I am able to offer additional services on a variety of conditions.  These include:

  • Contract Training for Third Parties - I can act as a local trainer for clients with offices outside the normal service area.
  • Database/Applications Development - I can assist in the assessment and development of databases or other applications to improve your business operations.  As an added bonus, I can teach your staff as we conduct the project.
  • Project Management - I can provide temporary or ongoing project management assistance for various types of projects (not limited to IT).  Inquire for details.
  • Training Management - I can manage the full training lifecycle, having been a product training manager in one of my prior positions.
