About Me
Originally from Kansas, I have lived in Massachusetts for over 20 years. My home is in Natick, MA and I travel throughout New England on my training engagements. I am also available for travel nationally, when it makes sense for the client.
I have a B.A. from the University of Kansas in American Studies and an M.A. in International Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Much of my early business career was as a law firm administrator and as a project manager. My switch to the technology training area occurred in 1994 and I have worked with a number of organizations in the capacity of trainer, training manager, consultant, faculty member and contractor since then.

In addition to my corporate oriented practice, I have initiated a program for displaced workers that I hold each week at Microsoft in Waltham, MA.
These very low cost training classes help workers retool and refresh their skill sets in Microsoft products to improve their employment prospects.
